| Keys not working properly | Configuration: |

On my laptop, the keys do not work properly most of the time. But when they do, The mouse goes to the sides or bottom of the screen and will not move. Is there any advise on how to fix the problem?

My # keys type like this !@#$%^&*() I also need caps lock off to type caps ans on for lower case my symbols on the bottom row only type the top symbols i tried a new keyboard and got same results! I have tried to restore my computer but when I get to the final step my computer freezes! I just got a new hard drive in Feb so don"t think it is that! THANKS for your help |
