Re: USB memory stick reboots XP SP2 by scorpio on October 19th, 2004 07:33:03 AM the problem should be with the drivers of the memory stick. go to the USB drive company's website and see if they have any driver update for windows xp sp2. |

Re: USB memory stick reboots XP SP2 by Anonymous Ghost on November 20th, 2004 10:18:48 AM Just had the exact same problem. I also have a driverless memory stick (Memory Corp)but mine came with a software program to make partitions, secure content, ... called U-Storage. I removed this program and downloaded the latest version. Works fine now. Are you sure you do not have a similar program running? |

Re: USB memory stick reboots XP SP2 by Anonymous Ghost on December 21st, 2004 07:19:41 PM I tried my USB-watch today, and ran U-storage. The XP Pro SP2 computer self-re-boots continuously. I had to uninstall U-storage and all is well now, but I wanted to partition the watch's USB drive so that I have a partition secured with a password. |
Re: USB memory stick reboots XP SP2 by Anonymous Ghost on December 21st, 2004 07:31:52 PM I see that the solution is as expected; to upgrade the program. BUt where can I find the upgrade? |
