I tried to install ati driver but after this win2k system becomes unstable and i had to uninstall in safe mode.

No response for this querry but I would like to add more info:
I have installed ATI Radion SE driver for video but after reboot system fails to initialise properly and i can not run any application. One problem I noticed during driver installation that ATI given CD has two folder one for RADION and RADION2 and some files are not found which are required by driver when installed through RADION. Please reply if anyone knows about this issue.
