The brightness and color on my monitor constantly fluctuates, sometimes turning completely bright green. The usual range does not inhibit clarity, but when it turns green for several minutes sometimes, I can hardly see anything through the opaque hue.

when I turned on my computer, nothing displayed on the monitor, no beeps, a voice coming out saying that"system fail, CPU test". I checked the CPU in other computer, it works. the video card also works, the cooling fans are working, power is on. is anyone knows what is the promblem? any help is appreciated.
