CD-ROM drive repeatedly ejects CDsConfiguration:
Hi,
I have been facing this problem for quite a while. Whenever a CD (licensed or otherwise) is pushed into the tray, the green (BUSY) light blinks for a while after which the CD is automatically ejected. This happens on every attempt. I tried using the \"lens cleaner CD\" as well, but to no avail. Can anyone kindly help me in this by providing any othr solutions.
Operating System : Microsoft indows 98
CPU/Processor : Intel Pentium III 700 MHz
RAM : Actual:128 MB
Hard Disk : Samsung, Space: 20 GB
CD Drive : Creative Infra 52 X

reallign the front bezel.it's not the cd drive or the s/w that's causing this. remove the cd drive, remove the front bezel and reallign the front bezel and then install the cd-rom drive. bet me wrong and the issue will never be fixed.

The issue is not caused by the drive is question, thus replacement of the drive will not resolve the issue. Instead, too much force is placed on the drive eject button by the drive mask/bezel mechanism. The bezel button may noticeably stick in the "in" position.
