HP Pavilion 8750I, V70 monitor, 16MB NVidia TNT AGP Graphics Card, Wind ME.
After I have been on the computer for approximately an hour the screen starts scrolling. When Windows is coming up, the top 1/2 to 3/4 of the screen is shaded (a darker blue than the rest).
How do I know if I replace the monitor or the video card?
