Computer Not StartingConfiguration:
Hello I hav a pc with 1.6 GHz 256 RAM and Windows XP. One Day I properly Turn off the PC. On the next day When I start the PC Monitor\\\\\\\'s Light is going blinking, CPU fan is running but computer not starting and it is also not giving any beep sound, which comes on starting. Plz solve my prob. I am too much trouble.

RAM : Zenith Actual:256 MB Max:1024 MB
Motherboard : 256 333MHz
Hard Disk : Samsung, Space: 40 GB, RPM:5400

I also have a similar problem. I hav a pc with 800 MHz 256 RAM and Windows XP. One Day I somehow improperly Turn off the PC. On the next time When I start the PC Monitor's Light is going blinking, CPU fan is running but computer not starting and it is also not giving any beep sound, which comes on starting. please help.
