hinem.sysConfiguration:
hai! can you guys please help me how to fix missing file hinem.sys. Because i always have aproblem when i start up my computer Operating System : microsoft window 98
CPU/Processor : intel pentium 3 500 MHz
RAM : no brand Actual:64 MB Max:128 MB
Motherboard : no idea 450MHz
Hard Disk : no idea, Space: 0.5 GB, RPM:6000

there is no file as hinem.sys. A file named himem.sys does exist.

If you experience problems with hinem.sys, then open c:\autoexec.bat in notepad and edit the line containing hinem.sys to himem.sys.

If are experiencing problems with himem.sys then create an empty file named himem.sys in the C: drive :)

how can i restart windows 98 without the boot disc message on screen says missing hinem
