Can't get Windows ME to start upConfiguration:
When I try to boot up my computer, it gets as far as the white Windows ME screen with the Windows ME logo, and then does nothing. I\'ve tried leaving it on for as long as 30 minutes or more at a time to see if it would work, but nothing ever happens, except for the typical scrolling colour bar at the bottom.
Since my lastest reinstallation of Windows, I\'ve not been able to use Safe Mode, having gotten a \"System Halted\" \"Windows protection error\" on an evil blue screen every time I try it, and as the genius I am, never made any boot disks, trusting in the boot cd I have that has no effect on this situation it seems.

As for any recent changes I\'ve made to the computer, I installed just this most recent time Lineage II, though I know not if it installed the latest Direct X with it, though I\'d assume the answer is yes. If anyone really knows how I can get it into command prompt, I think I can restore it from there, but I just can\'t figure out how to do that step.
Operating System : Windows ME
CPU/Processor : Intel Pentium 3 1000 MHz
