| not loading properly my windows 98 second edition | Configuration: |
When i start my PC the windows load partly(they do not show me the dektop).Istead a message comes out that says that the \"C:\\PROGRA~1\\AVPERS~2\\GUARD.VXD\"CAN NOT BE FOUND.The system suggests that this could be a problem to continuing loading the windows.The system recomments that i should try istall or uninstall the latest programm so that the file is recovered.It also proposes to strike any key to continue.I do that and windows are being loaded without any more problems.
Additional Comments:
I DO NOT HAVE THE ISTALLATION CD ROME TO GAIN ACCESS TO THAT FILE NEITHER I HAVE MANAGED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BY FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS.WHAT CAN I DO?PLEASE RESPOND A.S.A.P TO MY E-MAIL ADRESS.MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE.
