win xp not detecting primary slave or the keyboard the sysrem keeps shutting off and trying to boot,,i can not use my recovery as the puter isn\\\'t detecting the mouse or keyboard even tried a new keyboard,,also says it;s searching for a boot record,,i have a laptop with no floppy if needed how can i make a boot disc to start the other computer
