When trying to shut down computer the screen goes grey (like safe mode) when the mouse passes over turn computer off or restart icons. Computer will not allow itself to turn off, if I click on either of the icons nothing happens.
Additional Comments:
I have to manually turn off the computer. It does start up ok.
