Windows XP wont start after Norton installConfiguration:
After reinstalling Norton Internet Security and then
restarting, I cant get past the blue screen where I
select the user. When I click on the user it flashes the
next screen ad then returns saying "saving settings" and
then stays on at that point. I can restart but never get
past this point. Ive heard that this is a Norton problem
but cant find it addressed with them.
.
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP

Run Windows in safe mode and uninstall norton. reboot in normal mode. download the latest version from norton's website and install that.
