After restarting the computer, HTTP only works for about 10 minutes. Can still access FTP sites, retrieve SMTP mail, ping sites using IP and domain names. Computer is on a home network, other computers on network can see problem computer, have tried plugging into different port on router to no avail. Have tried Firefox, Opera, and IE--all do the same thing. Only firewall is Windows firewall, but it is inaccessible. If I try to open the firewall, I get an error telling me I can\'t access it.
