Hi,
IT happend 2 days ago:
I connect normaly from my connection to the internet but i can't acess the internet neither my MSN nessenger.(Page cannot be dispalyed DNS error)
I called my connection company and they said that it is not their problem.
Can somone please help me with it

I am having problems with my Internet Explorer 6.0. It comes with my ISP which is Netzero. I am using an e-machine and my OS is Windows XP. I am not very computer literate. I had to disable the virus and security programs that came on my computer to use Norton Virus and Norton Internet Security. It is time for me to renew my Nortons subscription and I was wondering if another browser would be more compatible. I am having problems with IE 6.0 anyway. For instance IE opens with my Netzero Homepage when I log on. However when I go to a website and then either X out or go to file then close, I lose my home page and there is no way to either type in an URL, select a favorite or anything. It simply closes out everything and takes me back to my desktop. If I click on my Netzero Icon it tells me "netzero is already running". Can you help me? I also keep getting an IE messgae "this page cannot be displayed" when I hit my "Back" button. sunstateshirley@hotmail.com |
