I have been having a problem. I have downloaded some kind of malware and cant get rid of it. Secure32 has been forced to be my home page and it was put on my computer. I cannot run Internet Explorer and keep getting a crash or "must close" screen and it shuts down. I have run ewido, and spybot along with some cleanup tools and nothing has worked. I deleted the secure32 file and cant change my homepage nor access the internet. I sought help about the problem and was told to download hijackthis and SmitRem. I was told to run SmitRem in safemode first but now I cant run in safe mode. After selecting my name instead of administrator I get the "proceed with safe mode or restore computer to a previous state" screen that disapears within a second leaving a black screen with the "safe mode" border. How do I proceed?
