download, open and saveConfiguration:
I am unable to save, open or download anything from the internet, the following error message occurs :-
App Name : iexplore.exe
App Ver : 6.0.2900.2180
Mod Name : kernel32.dll
Mod Ver : 5.1.2600.2180
Offset : 0001eb33

Additional Comments:
Please help as I need to download, save and open mock exam papers to help me revise 		Operating System : microsfot windows xp home
CPU/Processor : intel pentium

use an antivirus, anti-spyware. if u still have problems.. post your hijackthis log here...
