IE 6 very very slowConfiguration:
I\'m having the same problem with IE 6.
I have run Adware, Search & Destroy and Panda for an extra level of antivirus. Found many things but nothing that helped. Hope you can. My Log file follows.

my system process not system idle is eating up more than 50% of cpu every time ie6 loads a page. Netscape works fine any ideas what this is . I read somewhere .net ?

Dude... go to %drive%:\documents and settings\%username%\userdata in there find index.dat. Rename that bad boy to index.old. Log off and then log back on. Should be fixed! Only works for windows 2000 and windows XP
