i have a error message saying that oracle not available ora 01034 , ora 09243 and osd 04101 errors when i was trying to login oracle application.please help me. urgent. thnak you

Plz Help me to fix the following problem.
Problem is
I have installed Oracle and Firewall both on my Pc. when I start oracle and puts my login name and password then click on logon to start but it shows message
ORA-12571 TNS: Packet writer failure. I am doing 95% working through oracle so I contact to my Administrator & Oracle Man to fix this but they could not help me. But later I tried myself and got the solution but it’s not for a long time and I am requesting you for permanent solution. Here I am telling you that how I temporary fix this problem.
I reinstall Firewall client on my Pc even it’s already installed and overwrite and installed it again. After this I login in oracle and its start without showing err message and run easily.
Plz give me permanent solution otherwise i have to daily reistall firewall and this is not solution.
I am sure you will do for me

Hi Sir,
Oracle Not avilable Error is came in my Server.If i Go to Services and see our Sid Status Starting.After Restart my computer then I got the Same Error.How is I solved the Problem .Please Mail Our mail Id mosesjudson@yahoo.com
