To install office 95 you need windows 95/98.

For Windows XP:
You should be able to install it in compatibility mode. copy all installation files to the harddisk. right click on setup.exe and click properties, there should be a tab name compatibility. Check the check box 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' and select 'Windows 95' from the list and click ok. you all to this again for the 'exe' files that get installed.
