I installed Office 2000, then reinstalled Office 97 and now find it is classes as family version not pro. Also access does not run saying \"licence is not correct.

can anyone please help!!!!

uninstal office 97. install office 2000. uninstall office 2000. install office 97. that shld do it |

My hard disk crashed. When I tried to reinstall WORD & EXCEL from my OEM supplied CD it asked for my Certificate of Authenticity. I dont know where it is. What can I do now? |
