visible contact folders in outlook are not accessible in word mail merge, I do see them but they do not load.
Any ideas?

my computer keeps locking up when in
an office doucument or e-mail or anytime it wants.It locks up and I have to hardboot the systems to get going again I am running windows XP with office 2003. I also have Word on
the systems. I have a new Toshiba laptop that came with the XP already installed. This is driving me crazy.
