When I open Word 2000 or a Word 2000 Document it freezes, then I get the blue screen with Fatal Exception OE 0167:BFF9DFFF error message. |

i had to reformat my computer and now when i try to reinstall microsoft office 2000 proffessional it comes up with an internal error 2349. I looked up this error and it said that it had to do with the norton anti virus running yet it isnt on my computer any longer. THe installation still doesnt work...can anyone help me??? |

u did a complete format and still it doesnt work?

I am suddenly encountering a problem with Microsoft Word from a standard version of Office 2000. It suddenly started giving a message that word was encountering a problem and shutting down without ever starting up. I removed and reinstalled Office 2000, but Word still gives me the same message. Excel and Powerpoint seem to work okay, and this Office disk has worked just fine for years. |

I cannot reinstall Microsoft Office 2000. The code is not on jewel case but is written donw from old box I no longer have but installation won't take it !!!!?????? Why and what do I do??? |

getting error message during installation that reads d:pfiles\msoffice\officems09.dll - errors says to verify that the file exsists - verified that it is there but still won't let install complete |

Microsoft word freeze and locks up my computer. Now when I click on word it asked me for number on the Jewel case. What is the Jewel case? I did call Microsoft and talked to Roger and he was going to get back to me that was 2 week ago. Now I work in Word Pad and it tells me this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
What should I do. |

I got a Microsotft CD with my computer I went to install it but it asks for the KEY code on the jewl case. but my cd did not come in a jewl case it came in a little pouch. and I bought my computer brand new from gateway. |

Our computer crashed badly and we've reinstalled everything but can't get office 2000 up and running keeps askingme to verify hatten.ttf exists and it isn't on the c drive of fonts (reinstalled 2000 professional edition)and I can't copy it from the d drive -not allowed - now what as can't get into my excel files! We've not had to use the cd rom before as office 2000 was pre-installed when I bought the computer second hand

If the product came with your computer, then contact the manufacturer. I had the same problem with MS WORKS SUITE 2001 and Dell gave me the Prodect Key. (Of course, they verified my machine as one that came with that software.) So if you have a legal copy, you should have no problem. Call up Microsoft Support and see if they can help or else you will have to buy a new one and keep the cd cover at a safe place. |
