I dont think they lost, I think that when one reinstall microsoft sofware they do not regonise the key code I have 2 microsoft office standard and pro and when I try to reinstall them I keep getting a message that they are they wrong key code which O know for sure they are not |

Hi, I was searching on the microsoft website on how to request a new product key and found the microsoft product key request page. go to: www.microsoftproductkey.homestead.com to request a new product key.
i filled out the order form and in 35 minutes i received my new product key by email. now everything works fine. |

I've been pulling my hair out for the same reason. I actually finally found a place to get a new key from Microsoft and there was no pain involved. Very easy. Call 1-800-426-9400 and they will verify some info off your CD and give you a new key right over the phone. For once Microsoft impressed me. Took me days to find the right phone # though. |

On Jan 31st 2005 my Excell stopped working and I need this program for work. I went to some website that brings up your system info and showed me all the key's for all the programs in my computer. I re-typed the office 2003 key but it's not working at all. I tried different variations that I found on the internet but nothing. I turned my house upside down and found the CD case....inputted the key and
"You have not entered a valid product key." ??????????? This is the key from the back of the case WTF.

for all you guys who have a key, but it says it is wrong, there is a good reason for it. remember when you had to register each copy over the internet within 30 days of install. yeah... it keeps up with that... if you call microsoft and tell them that you need to reinstall, then they will GIVE YOU A NEW KEY THAT WORKS. hope this helps |
