Office 2003 - Timed Delivery ProblemConfiguration:
I'm using a Form to send the same message to a number of individuals. I've double checked everything and my options specifically state "Do not deliver before (today's date) at 4:00 PM." Yet, Outlook is still delivering all of my mail well before the delivery time.

The only thing I can think of that might be affecting this is that I have a 2 minute send delay rule. Can that be interfering with the options? I have the delay rule because I want to make sure I have at least 2 minutes to retract a sent message and/or make changes. My prior Outlook (2000) would automatically hold all outgoing mail until my auto pick-up/delivery time of every 10 minutes, or until I hit send/receive, but 2003 sends it all out automatically unless I setup a delay rule.

Is there any way to get the delay without a rule and get my Hold Delivery options honored by 2003???
Operating System : Windows XP Pro 5.1 SP2
