trouble upgrading office 2000 from office 97Configuration:
recently had to restore my computer due to trojan virus. I first installed office 97 then tried to upgrade using office 2000 but keep receiving an error message either 1305 or 1308... I had no problems upgrading before the virus. can you help me? Operating System : Windows xp
