Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources"
Malware, presumably related to a new WareOut variant - detected by Ewido Security Suite as "trojan small.fb". Examples of filenames spotted include for example dmmnh.exe, dmsqg.exe, dmnib.exe and so on
