Cmaudio Rundll32 cmicnfg.cpl, CMICtrlWnd in startup. is it a virus/spyware?Configuration:
Should it be removed from startup?

Answer:
Not required - typically infrequently used tasks that can be started manually if necessary
System tray control panel for C-Media based soundcards - often included on popular motherboards with in-built audio. Available via Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
