clock [various filenames] in startup. is it a virus/spyware?Configuration:
Should it be removed from startup?

Answer:
Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources"
LiveChat Adware - known file names include: mssetup.exe, kstatus.exe, spoolsv.exe, sptsupd.exe, osk.exe, msswchx.exe, netdde.exe, msbkup.exe
Operating System : Windows XP
