| NAV Updates Download But Won't Install | Configuration: |
I just reformatted my hard drive and reloaded XP etc. with Dell's help, and reloaded Norton Anti-Virus 2005. It took hours on a dial-up connection to download all the updates. NAV indicated that I had to download and install their latest LIVE UPDATE downloader software, which I did. Ever since (3 days now) when I try LIVE UPDATE the NAV "definitions" try to download and then a window pops up and says UNABLE TO INSTALL. Now Symantec tells me I have to uninstall and reinstall NAV 2005. This is starting to look like an endless loop - anybody got a FIX or a SUGGESTION???
