computer reboots itself without my input. on reboot, a prompt comes up about sysupdate.exe. it says it has an unverified publisher and would i like to run it. but, no matter what i press, afterwards the computer always reboots within 10 minutes or so of it loading. also, the internet stops working and the computer ignores various tasks i tell it to do, such as opening the security center on our computer, or opening internet explorer, or even shutting down the computer.
there are also 6 svchost.exe programs running. i did two spyware scans (one on freedom internet security and one on microsoft antispyware) and i did two virus scans on Trend.com, and found and deleted 3 trojans. also, while in the middle of a freedom virus scan, the computer will shut down the program.
this has all been happening since around 1 pm today.. help please..
