cant remove C://windows/program/common/symantic.SNDSrvc.exe being used by other program

Partition Details : 2 drives
Monitor : dell
Video Card : nvidia
Sound Card : sound max
CD Drive : sony
Mouse : micro optical
Keyboard : dell

Power on your computer. Keep pressing 'f8' key, until you get the windows advanced boot options.
Choose the 'command prompt' option.
After a minute or so, you will see a prompt where you can type commands.
Type:
cd C:\windows\program/\common\symantic
press 'Enter' key.
now type:
del SNDSrvc.exe
press 'Enter' key.
make sure the path to the folder which contains 'SNDSrvc.exe' you give is correct. |
