i dont know what the progam is iv ran ewido,adaware and spybot they all find the problem but cant get rid of it i also went to there website and did what they said to uninstall it but that didnt work every time i try to get rid of it it says source file may be in use i dont know what that is, where to find it, or how to get rid of it
