| Downloader Virus - System32\jetvol.dll | Configuration: |
Norton has detected a virus on my system it can not get rid of. It identifies it as ‘Downloader’ which is a low level virus but is annoying in any case. I have tried everything I know and can not get rid of this on my system. Granted I am not a whiz on the computer but I've learned a few things and none of them work.
This can not be re-named in Safe Mode or Deleted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Additional Comments:
When I try to re-name it I get the following Message: Cannot Delete/Rename jetvol. It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using this file and try again.
When I try to Delete in in Command Prompt Mode I get this message: The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Again... any help in removing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
