try using the memory stick on the same machine where you saved the data onto it.
copy the data from the memory stick over there. then format the disk properly and move it back to the disk again.

can someone help
i have the same problem. I tried like 10 different computers including the one i saved the data on. It does not work. It does not allow me to explore the memory stick at all. I tried to format it /i did not have any valuable information at that time on the stick/, but i got the message that windows is unable to format the drive. any ideas??

I have the same problem: I can't format it either, and when I open it in Linux it works, but don't in Windows, what can we do?
