[various names] elf.exe in startup. is it a virus/spyware?Configuration:
Should it be removed from startup?

Answer:
Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources"
Elf is a hacker program, tied to a trojan server 		Operating System : Windows XP
