xpsystem MSXMIDI.EXE in startup. is it a virus/spyware?Configuration:
Should it be removed from startup?

Answer:
Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources"
CoolWebSearch parasite variant, identified by Kaspersky antivirus as TrojanDropper.Win32.Small.cw 		Operating System : Windows XP
