Winsock2.dll WINLODR.SCR in startup. is it a virus/spyware?

Should it be removed from startup?
Answer:
Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources"
Added by an unidentified VIRUS, WORM or TROJAN!
