I am having trouble removing sir search and also incredimail. Neither one of these are in the add/remove programs. What do I do? My computer goes to these sites a lot, even when I don't want to. Please help!! |

Adaware will do it, but I can't run SE b/c im on Win95.
Are there any older versions available? |

The regedit is a good way to get rid of the toolbar, but if all you are getting is the sir search when searching from the address bar then you have incredifind on your computer. Search for it and destroy it and its folder. |

nice and easy way to remove then sir search search engine, all you have to do is download the latest windows messenger 6.2, in the set up it will ask you if you want microsoft to be your default search engine to which you reply "yes", and hey presto ta ta sir search.. worked a treat for me.

tried the regedit stuff and it didnt work, so i opened c:\programfiles and changed name on the folder incredifinder, and i got rid of sirsearch at once... |
