Windows Service Pack Auto Update winworks.exe in startup. is it a virus/spyware?Configuration:
Should it be removed from startup?

Answer:
Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources"
Adware downloader, identified by eScan antivirus as Trojan-Clicker.Agent.bt 		Operating System : Windows XP
