UsbD smss32.exe in startup. is it a virus/spyware?Configuration:
Should it be removed from startup?

Answer:
Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources"
Adware downloader - recognized by Kaspersky antivirus as Trojan-Proxy.Win32.Agent.cj 		Operating System : Windows XP
