| computer shut down and not able to reach windows page | Configuration: |

My computer keep shuts down and restarts authomatically. I originaly thought that was caused by the latest virus. However, the computer shuts down even before it load up the windows page. As soon as the Windows XP home edition appears, the computer shuts down. I cannot see the "start" button or anything to take any action Micosoft suggested in their website. Can somebody help?

check your power button on the cabinet. make sure it doesn't remain pressed. if it remains pressed, get the button changed.
also, try and give more information about the problem, so that we can detect what the exact problem is? |
