Accessing IE's Internet OptionsConfiguration:
Suddenly when I select Tools, Internet Options I get the message "The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." This is a home computer. i am the system administrator. I have Spybot on here. I have Norton Antivirus running. It is up to date. I also have Registry First Aid. Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP
CPU/Processor : Model 6 Stepping 2 AMD 1405 MHz
RAM : Actual:768 MB Max:2048 MB
Hard Disk : , Space: 40 GB
Monitor : CTX Color 17"
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
Video RAM : 128 MB
Sound Card : Vinyl AC'97

Run SpyBot.
Click Immunize in SpyBot S&D Category.
Uncheck the settings "Lock IE start page ...." and "Lock IE control panel ...".

Now everything should be fine :)
