nvd32 ml097e nvd32.exe in startup. is it a virus/spyware?Configuration:
Should it be removed from startup?

Answer:
Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources"
Variant of the RapidBlaster parasite (in a "nvd32" folder in Program Files). It is not recommended you manually uninstall RapidBlaster but use RapidBlaster Killer - see here
