MSN messenger messenger.exe in startup. is it a virus/spyware?Configuration:
Should it be removed from startup?

Answer:
Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources"
Added by an unidentified TROJAN! Note - this is not the real MSN Messenger, see this thread 		Operating System : Windows XP
