Microsoft Security Manager winamp.exe in startup. is it a virus/spyware?

Answer: Definitely remove, its either a virus, spyware, adware or "hogs resources" Added by the RBOT.TU WORM! Note - this is not the Winamp media player executable (WinAmpa.exe)
