Instructions to locate the dead pixels on an LCD Monitor
Switch on your LCD monitor and display a totally white screen. Dead pixels will appear as dark or black spots on the white surface.

Instructions to locate the stuck pixels on an LCD Monitor
Switch on your LCD monitor and display a totally black screen. Stuck pixels will appear as bright or white spots on the black surface.
A green, red or blue dot indicates that one of the three sub-pixels has failed.
