getting error jrew,exe when i install oracle 8i

i have acer laptop and operating system is xp service pack 2.i wants install oracle 8i.after click the setup.exe geeting error message jrew.exe has encounter.so plz hel pme.mail me dhirendra.shrestha@yahoo.com.
