computer shuts down

my daughters computer when she goes into log into her computer immediately will put up the notice her computer is now shutting down. It will not let her online? any suggestions?

Did you find anything out?  My computer does the same thing!  Exactly the same thing.  Did anyone give you any clue as to how to fix it ?  Possibly eithout losing everything on the harddrive?
