don't know if you received my problem

Ok, here we go again.  Now that I think I have you I will re-ask my 2 problems.

I have a cd for office 2003 that I received with my Dell laptop.  Now I need to re-install on my new Dell laptop, but I can't find the envelope with the number it came with.  Can you help me?

My computer does not seem to have audio on it.  It makes a little noise when I need to delete spam or trash from my e-mail, but other than that there is NO volume.  Can you advise me?

I am not computer savvy enough to figure out how to do this.  PLEASE HELP!!!
